"Good"

"The stay was good but we were a party of 8 with 3 rooms. I am the one that suggested your facility as I stayed there before and it was perfect. I felt bad when I was told some of my family’s rooms had very poor water pressure and the air did not work. "

"Room was clean, plenty of hot water and a good fridge. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, but it wasn't the worst either. The TV was pretty small but they do have a lot of channels including HBO. Overall it was pretty good for the price. Unfortunately, in that area it's either an expensive hotel or a place like this. I would stay there again if I had to be in that area for multiple days."

"Worst place to try and stay. Room was filthy, ac unit was filthy and was broken. Floors were all dirty and had several cracks on the walls and floors. The refrigerator still had a mess on it. Sheets had some stains on it as well. Big safety concern, there was a massive gap underneath the door. You were able to see clearly under. My partner and I requested a room change due to all these issues. Property manager was not willing to help with the room change. He then proceeded to escalate the situation and cuss and yell at us after we had requested for a refund or partial. He then proceeded to try and grab me during this altercation. After some time, he finally issued a “partial refund”. After I had left the property, I checked my bank account and saw a pending charge waiting to be taken out of my account. This morning I checked my bank account again and there were now 2 pending charges of the amount he claimed he refunded back to my account. I will be contacting my bank and further escalate this issue. Absolutely Poor customer service."

"This property met and exceeded our expectations! It was large and roomy enough for our group of 5 adults and the indoor/outdoor living space was perfect! We spent most of our time in the kitchen, patios and spa/pool areas. The kitchen was well equipped, we came prepared with many things "just in case" only to discover they were actually supplied. While close to everything, the house was very quiet and being on a culdesac was just perfect. Our time in the outdoor space was perfect and we didn't feel like we were on top of the neighbors or disturbing anyone will laughter and soft music. The grill was obviously cleaned between renters and we used it each night.All instructions were clear and easy to follow.The decor was exactly as described and we enjoyed the collections and whimsy. We were very comfortable. I would return if we were in the area again and recommend it highly to others.Thanks for a great stay!"

"Warning!Host did not respond to any form of communication. Property was not clean, and hazards were present such as broken glass. Amenities not properly stocked. The scariest part was the property was double booked and we arrived back home to the door wide open (next guest given same code). Huge safety red flag. We ended up leaving and having to find different accommodations our last night. "
