"Hot tub became green and had to wait.. nothing just saying that was probably the only flaw cause my wife wanted to get in the hot tub before we left but couldn't cause it was green, the kitchen was great staff was amazing rooms were clean "

"Great location - within walking distance to restaurants and to the beautiful pier over the water. Check-in was incredibly easy, and host was very communicative. The house itself was very modern. Very comfortable for two families with children. The floors & baseboards weren't very clean upon arrival, but nothing the cleaning crew can't address in the future. Would stay here again. It was equipped with the basics: starter rolls of toilet paper & paper towels, and sample sizes of soap/shamp/cond. Thank you!"

"Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. The Rockport area has a market that was cool."

"Loved the view and how close some local shops are for souvenirs, restaurants or coffee shops. Hot tub was nice to have and worked perfectly. Fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Master bath was beautiful and relaxing, my kid spent an hour in there one night just soaking in the tub and watching tv. Only thing I would improve is maybe adding some curtains to the bedrooms and kitchen, it was so bright in the mornings and evenings when the sun went down you would be blinded at the kitchen table. "
