"Black mold on the ceiling, bathroom door warped and falling apart at the bottom. The ceiling near the bathroom was peeling and cracking. The windows are disgusting and the pillows were falling apart. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service. If not for those few things I listed it would have been a higher rating."

"The luggage carts weren’t usable for small bags. They were similar to those at the airport. I had to carry all my items and I have bad knees."

"Room was clean but had a few insects in the restroom (small roach and spider). However, the room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was mainly cereal options, waffles, and toast. It’s right by the water too. The staff were very friendly. "

"The room was filthy..floors turned your feet BLACK. We did not use the stove it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There was food built up around the sink and worst of all cockroaches. Husband said shower barely ran water. The staff of one was nice to us. We liked him.... Will never stay again"
