"Spacious room. Staff very helpful and the airport shuttle was always on time. The family mart inside hotel was open 24hrs so it was great to buy food,snacks without paying so much. "

"Great location close to the train station but in a quieter part of Tokyo. Hotel had a great buffet breakfast and amazing Onsen. Family size room was very spacious. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Staff member was very helpful in assisting with sending our luggage ahead using baggage shipping service. We didn’t know how to complete the forms and she helped to guide us through the process."

"Breakfast buffet was not very good poor quality of food and staff constantly came to our table to let us know the buffet closed at 9:40am. We were there for a total of 22 minutes and approached 3 times about closing. The carpet in the room was stained and looked worn. We had to ask for pillows. Great location mediocre service "
