Welcome to my home!

Quinta de S. Miguel is a peaceful countryside retreat made up of four charming units, perfect for large groups or families looking to enjoy time together in a rural setting. Each house offers cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds and hotel-quality linens, along with a living room, a kitchen, and private bathrooms for a restful and independent stay.

The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, so you can prepare light homemade meals during your stay.

Beyond the houses, you’ll have access to outdoor spaces such as the lawn, pool area, and a shed. While food is not permitted in these common areas, guests are welcome to dine inside the houses, on their private decks, or near the grill.

The large outdoor pool is open from April to September, between 09:00 and 21:00, making it a great spot to cool off in the warmer months. Please note that the pool remains closed from October to March.

We recommend arriving by car, and each house includes one free parking space for your convenience.

On occasion, we may need access to the washing machine located in the antechamber of the external WC near the pool.

For your safety, the exterior areas of the property are equipped with CCTV and alarm systems.

The entire property is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's facilities, such as an outdoor pool, grill, outdoor shed, wooden children's house and playground, vegetable garden, games room (snooker, table football etc.), and garage.

I live nearby and will help where possible, but when I am not, there is a 24/7 concierge service that provides assistance at any time of the day.

Visit Fundão for an unforgettable experience of natural beauty and culture! Located only 25 minutes from Fundao Station, the city offers many activities and attractions, perfect for exploration and relaxation. Stroll around the lush Parque Verde, admire the beautiful architecture of Palácio do Picadeiro, and explore the vibrant local culture. Take a break from your travels and enjoy some of the city's excellent restaurants and bars, such as RockPizza and O Beiral. For a more relaxed atmosphere, try the local cafes like Café Cine and 100 Desculpa. With proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, retail shops and local attractions, Fundao has it all! Come and experience it for yourself!
Facilities with self-laundry are located 5 minutes away from the property.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Fundão, is just a 4-minute drive.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a two hour 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
