"Our hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very available and accomodated our every need. The apartment is stunning and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water and a heated bathroom floor. A great small market is just minutes away and the veiws are stunning from this high mountain town. We were able to acess the Ortesie ski area in less than 30 minutes and loved the serenity of our accomodations. I would certainly stay there again. Thank you for making our journey...

"Vrbo specifically states that all communication and payment should always occur on the website. This company requires that you pay their fee on a secondary website, and if it does not occur, they will cancel your reservation. Additionally, I was told that this would be keyless entry to make the stay easier. "My husband and I were treated badly by the company that rented the property. WhatsApp messages went unanswered for days, phone calls were not answered, and information sent was unclear. The check-in process was unclear, and was in an office across town that handled 170 other properties. The apartment had absolutely NO toilet paper, almost no coffee, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The check-in staff was rude, unhelpful and explained that since they had to check in hundreds of others, they...

"Beautifully designed hotel! It is truly a gem in Bolzano and I wish that we had stayed a few more nights! We truly enjoyed our spacious well-thought-out room and the walk-in shower was definitely a welcome site since they are very rare to find in European hotels. The breakfast was great and the area where you can spread out to eat was also nice because it allows you to visit with other travelers if you so choose. The location is also perfect. It is a short walk to the bus stop and train station. The hotel also provide you a free transit card that you can also use for the gondola. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "
