"The entire experience at the Yeatman can be summed up in one word- Impeccable! The staff, the food , the atmosphere and the accommodations. I have travel across the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This Yeatman ranks at the top of my list. The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful decor, excellent staff and a very welcoming feeling. The corridors and room designs were lovely and spacious. The views outstanding no matter where you were. Loved the displays of the hotel history and wines. Spa was excellent"

"The hotel has a great location but there are things they could improve that would make the experience better. The mattress was hard and the pillows soft, I could feel the springs. The room is clean but on the smaller side. There is no complimentary milk or water in the room. And charging $1 storage fee per suitcase makes no sense. "
