"Great location, 5-10 minutes walk to all major attractions. Nice rooms with all the toiletries. Great varied breakfast including hot waffles and a glass of sparkling in a beautiful room overlooking the river."

"Room amenities minimal. No phone. To contact reception or get information have to use small iPad in the room. Not all are familiar with his device. I found it unhelpful and not user friendly. Was on 13 level so had to use (1 only, very slow lift) to check at reception. No Tea Bags or coffee pods. No notebook or pencil! Bathroom plug, stuck on 1st use. Could not release water in basin. Breakfast staff unfriendly. No juices for breakfast other than tomato juice. Stay of 3 nights. Will not return. Recommend a stay of one night as location next to train station convenient."

"Right next to the train station. My room has a perfect view of the mountain and the hotel also has sauna and a small gym on 2nd floor. Highly recommend and definitely would come back if I go to Salzburg next time "

"We saw nothing that looked anything like any of the photos on Expedia of the hotel website! Even the lobby was dreary and had construction dust everywhere. We got up to our hallway on floor two and it was extremely ugly with very dated red carpet and dinged up dingy walls. It absolutely reeked of the strongest air freshener I had ever smelled, which is never a good sign. Thankfully, the room did not smell, but it was extremely ugly and dated. The Furniture reminded me of what you would see in a kid’s room in the 1970s. It was hot and they said it was because they hadn’t turned the AC on yet. They did send up a fan which helped.The bathroom was tiny, but on the plus side it was well lit. The hotel was quiet until the construction started at about 8 AM. I would not stay here again."
