"The staff was super friendly and patient with us even though we didn't speak Japanese. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were perfect sized. Loved our stay here would come back "

"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"Great! Self check-in, a quick walk from Yōga Station, and a quiet neighborhood. I'm short so the room was cozy, but if you're tall/large it may not be as easy to use. Otherwise great--small balcony, a deep tub, and a washing machine."

"The unit is so convenient 4-minutes walk to Sangen Chaya station which is close to major Tokyo areas. It is very clean and comfortable room with quiet area yet so close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "Everything about the hotel was perfect. I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the staff are all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. But what sets the hotel apart is that every conceivable outlet is within a 5 minute walk. 2 FamilyMart stores, 2 McDonald’s, Mo’s Burger, KFC and a dozen or more Japanese restaurants. And the railway station is a mere 50 metres from the hotel entrance. This will be my go-to hotel in greater Tokyo whenever I visit."
"Jump on the train across the street for regular train access and bullet train options. Super easy and convenient. The hotel even has a food/drink option open until 5am even when the rest of the city has shut down! Very much recommended stay for the price "
"Great hotel. Room was small, but for one person it was manageable. Very clean, great amenities as convenient store was downstairs. Very close to good train station"
"The rooms and amenities are excellent. the service is perfect and very helpful and accommodating especially the concierge who are both very helpful. Only the breakfast restaurant was problematic. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it has always been great but now they have breakfast included tours and they are not properly staffed so don’t expect to receive ordered coffee or have silverware."
"If you want to stay in one of the most interesting, cool, and delux neighbourhoods in Tokyo, while enjoying a uniquely Tokyo hotel experience, Hotel Mustard is an excellent choice. The staff are super friendly and helpful; breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious, high quality, and convenient; and honestly, if you love vinyl records and minimalist Tokyo style, this hotel ticks all the boxes. It’s excellent value for a neighbourhood like this. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!"
"Excellent location, comfortable room, very clean and loved having washer/dryer in room. Staff super friendly! Might be my favorite hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our stay!"
