Good western style hotel near main shopping road

Nice hotel near main Wusi Road. Fair Cost package .Good for westerners. Modern/clean & comfortable. Cost cutting means only 1x English TV channel. Internet is faster than other similar priced hotels nearby. You can pay double & get only marginally better package . I will stay here again/often

Good western standard hotel

Western standard hotel Very modern & kept clean. Fair cost/value.Comfortable rooms . Internet is much better than Empark nearby. Only 1x english TV channel these days. I tried many others but this is best cost/Value in area. Pay lot more for ShangriLa & get marginally better.

Good modern hotel near Wusi Road (central)

Good hotel . Fair price/package near wusi road. westerner friendly. I normally stay here because it is modern hotel compared with similar cost Empark( much older) hotel nearby. This has best comfort features. Worth paying extra for bigger rooms.I have noticed reduction of Englsh TV channels to just 1x African news?. However mostly i am here on business& out most day so not problem. Restaurant cosed evenings but Wusi Road has plenty choices naerby

No bell boy and only 2 receptionist in this hotel

I won’t recommend friends or relatives to stay here, toilets no space to put clothes and door inside toilet and wardrobe combine if don’t close probably can see through . Room no drawers at all , we have occupied 3 rooms and noticed cups on the table chambermaid don’t even bother to clean up .

The room cleaning is limited and on request providing change of towels only. Choice of breakfast is good if you are there before 9:0am. Overall, the hotel is clean. 8-12mins of walking to train station.

將不在考慮入住貴集團酒店，因未妥善管理接待人員素質

1.貴酒店的前台服務人員需要在重新受訓，如接待時的禮貌和飯店設施的敘述，在第一次入住期間，前台人員完全未告知任何飯店相關規則，只記得告訴我押金要3000元，貴飯店的前台人員只會收錢，其他完全不在乎。 2.對於身為Best Western的黑鑽會員，一點禮遇與問候都沒有，更何況前台服務人員需要一再提醒與詢問才和我講解目前的會員活動，我真不了解此間酒店對於會員是否一點都不在乎？那為何我還要看在他是Best Western旗下酒店而入住？ 3.飯店內的空調無法調整，因半夜被空調熱醒而打電話給房務詢問如何處理，只得到是中央空調的回應，一點想解決問題的意思也沒有，而再和前台人員反應卻得到“那就只能這樣”的回應，請問一間酒店內，和顧客做好溝通不是前台最重要的工作嗎？第一次在酒店內被熱醒而睡不好，反應過後整間酒店沒有任何服務人員對這件事情有不應該發生的感覺或是安撫顧客的感受，只認為這一切都是應該的，請問Best Western的品牌也認為顧客花錢入住是應該的嗎？ 4.唯一值得被稱讚的是，床很舒服與地理位置很好。

Modern western 4* hotel in good area

Fair modern hotel near main wuxi road. Price/value package is fair. Hotel is clean. Only 1 english news channel left these days. Other local hotels are much older & beds harder in old china style . Other 5* hotels not so good in this area.

レセプションの担当者が英語が全く通じず困り果てた。

チェックアウトでデポジット返金の際、レセプションの担当者が英語が全く通じず困り果てた。隣にいた宿泊客がスマホで訳してくれて一応納得したが、今なお不安が残る始末。外国人対応のホテルであれば英語は必須と感じた。

Welcoming staff

This hotel is located in a wonderful picturesque area. Staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Room had all the ametand the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a long time. I highly recommend choosing this hotel as this fulfils admins exceeds all the expectations of a traveller.

周圍很商圈熱鬧，機能很好、非常方便!但是雙單人床的房間有點小，如果可以大一點會更舒服，早餐的時間7點才開始，這對於要趕行程的旅客來說用餐時間有點晚了，如果可以提早到6:00~6:30，我想應該會更好!
