"Pros - beautiful junior suite very comfy bed , lovely gardens and pool , stylish property Cons - having paid nearly €400 for a room I expected to be be able to reserve a table in their Michelin * restaurant- this is why we booked / unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked so this was not possible - gutted ! They did recommend a restaurant locally which we tried and it was the worst meal of our trip :( So please check restaurant availability before you book a room "

"Expedia sells this as a 3-star hotel. This is a vacation rental property with no frills. When we landed at the property at 7:30pm, they had left the chalet open with the key in the door (that at least, they communicated with us about), the bed unmade, and no soap or amenities to talk about. When I messaged them, they said that this was a holiday rental property and not a hotel and they did not do beds or provide soap etc. I am not sure how to trust Expedia and their rating system after this....

"I was traveling with my family — two adults and two small children (a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old) — and booked a double room, as I’ve done many times in other hotels without issue. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that having four people in a double room was not allowed. I calmly explained that we had never encountered this policy before and asked why we would need to pay for an extra bed, especially since our baby doesn’t even use one. "Our room was spotless, well-equipped and supremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. There is very little you would walk to from here, but if you have a car this is an excellent stop. "
