"We have indeed had to change our plans based on our experience on arrival at the Golden Door in Gaborone. We were shown to the room called "Pearl" which with a quick look round showed it to be unclean. There was a general damp smell about the room. The mirror sliding wardrobe door had a crack down its full length. There were dirty marks on the sliding door to the bathroom, matchsticks and dirt in the carpet and a general lack of care.
