"The hotel does warn you about parking so that should not be a surprise. Everyone from the front desk to the people in the breakfast room are super nice, friendly and helpful. The balcony by the castle wall is unique and the green tree is just calming . Balcony is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. Highly the hotel. "

"Our stay was enjoyable, however we did the glamping stay was different than expected. The second”bedroom” was up in a loft and going to the bathroom in the middle of the night was challenging to say the least. Just be prepared and careful when booking the tents, especially because of the climb up and down ladder. Also we did not have a “free breakfast “ Other than that it’s what you would expect for a kids resort, lots of families ,but quite considering."

"Great location one half block from the Nazarè beach. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Modern hotel. Parking garage is very tight. Would not recommend for a large car. Excellent and friendly check in. "

"This property is peerless. We didn’t golf but the pool and spa were just flat amazing. I have never seen such a variety of cutting edge technology in a pool area. Indoor pool is warm with two hot tubs with a huge variety of jet options. There is a bucket deluge, special showers with light shows and jets, steam, sauna and beautiful finishes and furnishings. The staff is attentive and accommodating from the valet to the wait and housekeeping staff. The management is in contact to make sure you are happy and the grounds are stunning. The beach access on property was closed due to erosion but a short drive had parking and a secluded, cliffside beach that was amazing. We drive into Nazare and the nearby town for incredible meals but I’m sure the onsite restaurants are also great. The breakfast buffet was first class with everything you would want plus sparkling wine! I have been to top properties around the world but this place is special. We will be back!"
