It was an easy find reception truly welcoming, room clean , quite environment , safe environment, and staff are ready to tend to your wants & inquires or concerns . Happy I made a great choice stay here and can’t wait to be back .

Very nice showers. Clean rooms, and we travel with children so clean is very important. Great breakfast, will stay here again!

The Tv only got a few channels. The pancake maker was broken, the guest laundry room was broken, the electricity in the wall between the beds didn’t work so no bedside light.

I liked how everyting is in one area and how clean this property was. I like everything but you all attempting to charge me for someones room service or item they purchased. But other than that i absolutely loved this property.

Clean hotel but service is poor.
The hotel is new and clean. I have stayed here 3 times for business and 2 of those stays there was no tv service. I was told it was because of the rain, but I do not think anyone really knew what the issue was and had no interest in investigating. During another stay the fire alarm was accidentally set off by an employee at 3am. I will not stay again.

Very unpleasant.
Very unfriendly and uncaring staff. We encountered several issues while staying here and were not helped at all. They were unable to alter anything about our reservation because it was booked through Expedia/hotels.com. They should make a disclosure that you will be penalized for booking through a third party. Will never stay here again.

If you’re a light sleeper, go elsewhere
Decent facility but a terrible location. Noise from passing dump trucks—which go by every few minutes—lasts late into the night and overnight. I had to play white noise from my phone all night, just to give me a chance at staying asleep.

There was mud thoroughout the halls, perhaps from nearby cnstruction workers for the interstate, but never cleaned up or swept for days, one elevataor was out, Breakfast was very good. Also garbage left outside one room on the thrid floor pizza box etc was left there for two days. Host for the 5pm shift at the front desk was very nice, although she was eating and it was all over her shirt.
