"Definitely with out a doubt the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in! views are incredible, private beach and lovely pool area! Hotel room was 10/10 and very spacious, free transport to and from the hotel to the town, not a bad thing to say thank you!! "

"Excellent place to stay in Taormina.. it was very modern like Miami Vice. It was across the street about 100ft away from the main building. I only wished we would have stayed in the old hotel which looked much cooler.. we parked up the street for €25 a day saved us €20 a day.. don’t forget to stop at the coop, which is the grocery store. Will also save you a ton of money.. next door is a laundromat, which was perfect. Just watch out and ask for the price first before doing your laundry.. The balcony was also really nice"

"Everything about this property is five stars, the staff and service the breakfast the cleanliness, the rooms and the views. The only criticism I have is that the parking is a bit expensive and it’s offsite."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Splendid and were sad to leave our beautiful room and the amazingly kind and helpful staff. Ivana was especially helpful, but we enjoyed everyone. When my fiancé required medical attention, they called a doctor for him. The room was small but lovely, especially the balcony with the gorgeous view! The location was great. We can’t wait to return. "

"Air conditioning was very dated and seemed pretty weak- and it wasn’t that hot when we stayed there in early October. Also TVs were small for room size and the streaming services didn’t really work effectively because of limitations of the WiFi system. Loved the high ceilings and grand old hotel style furniture, furnishings and feel"

"Property was wonderful - was hoping for a heated pool, but no, so no swimming. Staff and our room were great. The only thing that could use some attention are the bathrooms/showers in the lobby and there wasn’t a secure room to store luggage after checkout. "
