Quiet little apartment, fully equipped with anything you many need. A bit off beaten path so avoid the busy tourist areas if you wish but simple enough to reach by transit or car. Downside. Couldn’t see lake from apartment. Construction going on next door

Erholungsurlaub am Bodensee
Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet . Meine Frau und ich haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt . Es fehlte uns an nichts . Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und meine Frau und ich konnten von dort aus unsere Radtouren und Wanderungen ,um die Gegend zu erkunden , optimal starten und beenden. Für uns ist klar sollten wir noch einmal am Bodensee Urlaub machen , werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen . Wir hoffen das bis dahin dann auch die Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück erledigt sein sollten.

Wir haben uns auch dieses Jahr in der Ferienwohnung wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man benötigt vorhanden, und wie im letzten Jahr war sie wieder blitzsauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen
Direkt neben der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine relativ große Baustelle. Die Bautruppe begann gegen 7.45 Uhr mit ihrer Arbeit. Ab da war ein ständiges An- und Abfahren der Baufahrzeuge und großer LKWs, was uns sehr gestört hat. Lt. Auskunft des Hausverwalters besteht diese Baustelle bereits seit ca. 1 Jahr. Fairerweise hätte uns die Vermieterin über diese Beeinträchtigung informieren müssen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Terrasse entspricht nicht den Fotos der Internetseite, wirkt eher ungepflegt. Der Sonnenschirmständer ist so wackelig und dürfte mal ersetzt werden. Für 12 Tage gab es nur jeweils 1 kleines und ein großes Handtuch.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, lediglich etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön,zumal eine Nutzung mit 4 Personen auch möglich ist ( täglich Geschirrspüler dann erforderlich oder Handwäsche ). Bei längerem Aufenthalt ist die Waschmaschine prima.Den vorhandenen Sonnenschirmständer würde ich mal erneuern. Leider hat diese Wohnung keine extra Fahrradgarage.Sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen ist das Bett,selten so gut geschlafen. Die Außenjalousien helfen sehr die Wohnung auch bei hohen Temperaturen kühl zu halten. Alles in allem ein superschöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Garantierte Erholung!!
Eine bezaubernde kleine Wohnung in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt! Es ist ALLES vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Das Inventar ist durchdacht, neu und hochwertig. Die Lage ist genial zum Wandern und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert! PS: Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns schon vorab sehr willkommen.
