Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

  • Modernly furnished holiday apartment Christal 1 in the heart of Gaienhofen, yet in a quiet location. The lake is just 200 meters away. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a lovely terrace facing the garden. It is ideally suited for two people and features a separate bedroom as well as an additional sleeping option (sofa bed) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, and there is a separate guest toilet right next door. A storage room with a utility sink and washing machine is also included.

    The beautiful terrace is situated in a quiet location at the rear of the house, overlooking the well-maintained garden.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Please be aware that this is a renovated older building, and due to its construction, the ceiling heights are lower than is typical today. The ceiling height varies between 200 and 214 cm.

    Parking is available at the house. Bicycle storage is also provided. Towels and bed linens are included. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available.
