Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We only put 2 stars so that we could leave a comment regarding our experience as we had to mark something in order to comment. We cannot speak to the cleanliness, location, etc as our reservation was cancelled and we did not get to stay. We were scheduled to stay several days at this property along with another family. Unfortunately, our reservation was cancelled as our reservation date approached. There was little explanation from the owners/managers. The reason marked was "natural disaster/property damage". There were no indications of natural disaster in this area as we have friends living nearby. Also, when we got back online a week later to find another VRBO, this same house was being advertised as "available" for the week that was cancelled. We do not know any details, but we did immediately get a refund without any problems.
