This expansive 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property offers the ultimate in comfort and versatility, perfect for families and friends alike. Located just half a mile from Lake Lanier Olympic Park and Rowing Club, it’s an ideal spot for water sports enthusiasts or those looking to explore the local area.

The main floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy gas-burning fireplace, an open kitchen, and a screened-in deck offering breathtaking views of Lake Lanier. The fully finished basement adds even more space, with 2 additional bedrooms, another bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Bonus living space adds another bathroom, a game room, and a relaxing bonus TV room as well as a second kitchenette.
Outside, you`ll find a unique outdoor glamping area with firepit. A short walk through the backyard takes you to a single-slip dock and a gradual walk to deep water at the end.
