"The staff was amazingly helpful - especially Sanny. She was very accommodating and friendly. She picked us from the airport and sent our bags to the airport to meet us when we were not able to come back to the hotel to pick up our bags."

"The pool was very nice. We did try the beach. Unless you only want to see the beach, don’t bother with the beach. We tried both public and private beaches nearby. There were a lot of people drinking and doing karaoke. Not good for kids or trying to relax in a quiet setting."
