Waterfall View Penthouse · One-Bedroom

  • Our modern penthouse suite with a stunning view of the waterfall (35 m²) features a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep in comfort and relaxation. Located on the top floor of this Belle Époque building, constructed in 1895, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Alps, the Gastein Valley, and, above all, the famous Gastein Waterfall.

    The Penthouse Suite is equipped with a queen-size box-spring bed and a cosy sleeper sofa in the living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 4K smart TV, and a stylish designer kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. The modern bathroom with a spacious rain shower provides additional comfort during your stay.
    In addition to the overnight rate, the statutory accommodation tax of EUR 4.00 and the mobility levy of EUR 0.50 per person per night will be charged on site for all guests aged 15 and older.

    Starting on the 4th night, a one-time Research Institute Contribution (FIB) of EUR 1.10 per person will be charged for all guests aged 15 and older.

    Pets are welcome. Due to the additional cleaning required, a fee of €20 per pet per night applies.

    A security deposit of €100 is required during the online check-in process. The deposit can be provided by credit card or PayPal. The amount is only authorised, not charged, and is automatically released 24 hours after check-out, provided no damage or rule violations are identified.
