Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. "Such a clean, modern and beautiful place to stay. We were there for 4 nights in a one bedroom. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The breakfast is very good, much variety. Liked how parking was underground. The area and the hotel is quiet. They have a washer/dryer that you can use at no additional cost. Reception staff, the people in the restaurant are o nice- really enjoyed talking with them. The restaurant is also good. We loved the atmosphere of the place and wil be bac if in that region!"

"Best hotel I have ever stayed at! From the Mountain View’s to the warmth of the staff would come back in a heartbeat. I have a dairy allergy and they catered for it perfectly never feelin like a fuss and just changing up recipes as needed. Location is peaceful and quiet and beds are super comfy. And this is all before I have even talked about their amazing sauna "
