"Friendly and lovely staff and hotel"

"Room are clean and nice the only think is i booked king bed and they gave us queen bed room also you have no option to book the high floor bedroom online we were at 15th floor it’s not bad but would love to be on the upper level , check in is 4pm the line was crazy we waited on line one hour to checkin , checkout was easy "

"I stay here frequently. I will drive the extra 20 mins to stay here. Staff are polite & balanced. The staff makes your stay even better. They call the room about 30-40mins after your arrival & checkin to ensure everything is well. Perhaps some small signs could be set up to remind guests that in the early morning hours, other guests are sleeping. Lower their voices. Or stop banging on the doors for others to wake up."
