Our bright, peaceful and private Galena retreat is the perfect choice for your getaway. The home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an open concept main floor with updated kitchen with granite countertops, dining area and living room. The four seasons room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There's a spacious back deck for cookouts and entertaining. The two main bedrooms each have a king bed, and the third bedroom features a queen and a double bed. Guests always mention how great it is for each bedroom to have its own private bathroom. Whether you're traveling with family or with friends, you will find the home is well suited for switching between socializing and getting away from the crowd. The backyard looks out to a densely wooded landscape which offers privacy and serenity.

This quiet location is a 3 minute drive from the Owners Club. It is 5 minutes away from golf courses, Shenandoah Riding Center and the Marina. Chestnut Mountain is 15 min away.

Great girls getaway

Perfect place for a sisters getaway. The 3 on suite bedrooms are a luxury for everyone to have their own bathroom. The location and drive to the house is beautiful and only a short drive to Galena.

Great spot in Galena

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was super clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, and the house was immaculate. The house was perfectly equipped with all of the necessities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Galena or nearby.

We had a great stay in this property. Three couples stayed and we each had our own bathroom, which was great. We enjoyed the 4 season room and spent some time on the deck. We also used the grill to cook a meal. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring break getaway

We enjoyed our stay for a quick spring break getaway. We took advantage of trails, swimming and the proximity to Galena. The house was cozy and comfortable and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The sunroom was inviting and we had space for gathering as well as for resting.

Spent most of the time reading in the 4 seasons porch. Great little cottage surrounded by trees. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Close to activities but gave the feeling of blissful isolation. We'll rent again in the future.

This property is exactly how the pictures look! Very clean and was comfortable for our family of 5. The sun room was great along with the fireplace in the living room! The kitchen was supplied with everything you could want!! Very convenient to get to the general store and the entrance to Eagle Ridge! Communication with property manager was always answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again!!

October Bliss

We celebrated my 82 while in Galena. We loved the four season's room. The bed were very comfortable and we wanted to take them home with us. All in all, it is a well maintained home and so very beautiful. The location is great -we love the Country Store and the Highland Restaurant.

So perfect!

We stayed for a long family weekend. The home was beautiful. Loved taking advantage of the peaceful back deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. The 3season room was my favorite space overall. The home had everything we needed. Super easy in and out of the Galena area. Communicating with the host was easy and fast. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Galena Home

First off, the home was exactly as described. Great location close enough to town and also to all Galena Territory amenities including the General Store etc. The home was clean and bright with nice linens and towels. The kitchen had everything one might need. The porch and decks had great views. I would definitely come back!

Family weekend

Very comfortable house with plenty of room for our family to enjoy a restful weekend. Propane grill worked well and we ate on the deck. Used the pool in the Territory to swim and cool off, went boating and fishing on Lake Galena, and hiked in the area at a park with terrific views. The town is charming to explore as well. We did not exhaust the possible things to do. A family of turkeys lives in the yard. Everyone had a good time.

This property is very well kept. Very clean and comfortable. The owner has provided everything a guest could possibly need while being away from home. Communication with the owner was exceptional. She's an extremely caring and thoughtful person. We felt like we were at home. I highly recommend staying at this house. It is close to main Street and the Marina and even Iowa. It is very peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely rent from Maggie again. You can eat off her floors! Many compliments to you Maggie 😁 thanks again

We rented this house for 5 adults to stay in over the labor day weekend. The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. It was great having a full bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The kitchen appliances were nice and the overall layout of the house exceeded our expectations! We will certainly rent this house again next time we are in Galena.

Little piece of heaven

We usually stay on the territory every summer as a family. This place was absolutely perfect! It met all of our accommodation needs and even more. Our boys loved it and the sun room was my favorite part. Rooms were very comfortable. We definitely said we will book this lovely home again next year.
