Enjoy the experience of entering a cozy cottage to find beautiful wooded views from the balcony of the main floor bedroom or the back deck and think to your self “it’s time to relax”. With your safety and comfort in mind the home is cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade sanitizer.

The home is private, yet surrounded by amenities galore. With the Galena Territory Owner's passes you will have access to indoor pool, outdoor pool with slides and a zero entry pool for kids, 225 acre lake with marina, 4 championship golf courses, indoor basketball court, state of the art fitness center, game room, and 31 miles of biking/hiking trails. The Shenandoah Riding Center, a convenient general store, the Eagle Ridge Resort and Stonedrift Spa are also located within minutes. All this within the Galena Territories you just nestled into.

You are only 5 miles outside of historic Galena. It is known as "The City that Time Forgot" for its rich 19th century heritage. More than a thousand buildings in Galena are listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the U. S. Department of the Interior. Galena's Main St is the place to dine, drink and shop.

There's plenty to do in the winter months as well. The best skiing in Illinois is 20 minutes away at Chestnut Mountain. Chestnut has over 220 rolling acres and 475-foot vertical drop are home to 19 ski trails and a 7-acre terrain park featuring over 25 rails and structures.

One of the gifts offered to the guests and residents of The Galena Territory Is the beauty of our night sky. Just step outside, look up at the sky and enjoy seeing thousands of stars on any clear night.

We are Premier Hosts and want you to enjoy our home as if it is your own. With the 3 bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 with a pull out sofa in the living room which can sleep 2 additional guests. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your tasty meals along with an outdoor gas grill. During the warmer months, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the deck and inside our screened in porch.

You will enjoy privacy of the home with the tranquil, wooded surrounding of the house. Once you're done relaxing, there are plenty of activities available at the nearby Owner's Club along with 4 world class golf courses located in the Eagle Ridge community.

Great space with a lot of stairs. It really is special out the large back windows as you walk down the the stairs to the bottom two bedrooms, kitchen, dining/game room, deck, and screened in porch. We loved it all!

This beautiful Galena property was everything we hoped for! It was quiet, clean, and spacious—perfect for a long weekend friends’ getaway. The stunning fall scenery and peaceful neighborhood within a short walk to the waterfall created the ideal setting for a relaxing trip. The only drawback was the limited transportation options to and from downtown Galena, but we’ll plan ahead for that next time. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Great Summer Vacation Spot

This is a great summer vacation spot with access to many accommodations like pools, golf courses and many other amenities. I would highly recommend it to families. It is also very close to Galena which has tons of things to do and many great restaurants.

Great house in Galena Territory

We stayed at this property because we wanted to be outside if downtown Galena but also be within driving distance. It was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. Clean house and they had everything we needed!

Perfect Getaway

Very cute property surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. Access to the Owner's Club is amazing. We spent every day there swimming, playing ping pong, bags, and basketball. My husband really enjoyed the screened in porch and that is where he could enjoy the sounds and block out the sounds of the kids when they were being too loud I loved completing the 1000 piece puzzle while looking out at the beautiful backyard. Overall a wonderful trip in a picturesque setting.

Cute place - perfect for a weekend getaway

The owners were very kind and accommodating. We loved the fireplace loft area. My friends and I mostly spent our time there playing games and hanging out. It was very cozy. We wish it was warmer out to enjoy the outdoor area. It was SO cute out there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We stayed in this house with my parents and our infant child. We had enough bedrooms to accommodate the 5 of us and it was optimal location to trails, golf course, and city center (Galena) . Would recommend this house for anyone looking to travel to Galen.

Beautiful place to experience Galena

We were happy to see the pictures matched the home well. We started our days at the gym and game room at the Owners Club. My daughter and I swam laps one morning too. It was warm enough to sit on the deck in the afternoons and play games after shopping on Main St. This home was stocked well with paper products so we didn't have to run to grab anything. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom too.
