It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite shower room/Restrooms - One bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together - Shower room/Restrooms Access to the gîte is via a staircase - 27 m² covered terrace with sea and mountain views - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Private swimming pool (10.5x4.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep), open and heated from April 4th to October 9th, secured by an alarm (access to the pool is via a passageway in front of the other apartment). The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests. - Outdoor shower - Sun loungers - Barbecue - Car park - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer - Filter and capsule coffee makers - Television in the living room and bedrooms - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Towel warmer - Beds made upon arrival - €100 cleaning deposit payable upon arrival if the cleaning option is not selected Holiday cottage 700 meters from the beach in Galeria en Balagne, with private heated swimming pool and sea view
