The beds were so nasty, had ALOT of hair on them like nobody changed the sheets at all. The tub water didn’t go down, it felt so disgusting I didn’t even wanna sleep there. I asked for sheets to make one bed clean for me & my kids, I’m a housekeeper myself so I know all these things i definitely check, it sounded like a cricket was in my room all night on top of everything. Just terrible HONESTLY. After a long drive nobody wants to sleep in filth, never again.

Checked in and back out within 15mins because it was too hot. The manager on duty said I would be refunded. When Expedia verified the refund, the hotel disputed. I did not stay here. Liars.

Affordable, clean, comfortable.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is small but clean and enjoyable. Location close to fast food and several sit down restaurants in Knoxville.

Good value for the money

I’d rate this place at a 3.5 , front desk lady was really nice the front entrance door the glass was very dirty, beds were ok but the room all though older was clean and that’s a plus. Great value if your on a budget I’d stay again

Travelling solo in a foreign country, I was made to feel welcome from the moment i checked in and throughout my 9 day stay by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I return.
