This property is amazing. Our whole family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding, and we could not have been happier. Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast!!!

My son left his wallet by the pool and a staff member found it, called our room, then called my cell number, and then returned it. We are very thankful...honestly and integrity are very much appreciated! Thank you to the staff member who found it and returned it!!

It is new, convenient, and friendly. It seemed like it would be loud from outside noise, but our family slept great without waking until morning.

Nice motel
The motel was very nice and the lady at the desk was very nice and our room was very clean and I am picky about motels I will refer this motel and will stay here if we are out this way

FANTASTIC STAY
About 10 years ago, I had a major issue at a Holiday Inn that wasn't responded to by the location (they were angry I left a review instead of letting them convince me to not tell the truth to keep their ratings high, so once I left the negative review they refused to talk to me), and corporate HI never responded to me either. So, for the last 10 years, I have been boycotting HI. After hundreds of trips, now, I still refused to stay at an HI because of that prior experience. Fast forward to this past weekend, we were in a rush, and my wife "made" me get a room at this location even though I protested, non-stop, but we were in a pinch. It was THE BEST DECISION. This location is absolutely amazing. Squeaky clean, the service is top notch, the room was incredible, the breakfast hit the spot. I have nothing but great things to say about this location, so much so that I will again start staying at Holiday Inn's because of my experience at this particular location. I have no association with HI, this is an actual review. Stay here if you get the opportunity. You will not find a better hotel anywhere. This is an unbelievably well-run location, and I have to travel again this upcoming weekend and will probably make this location my stay-over spot because of my experience this past week. I slept even better than I do in my own home.

The HIE overall is a great place to stay. The space is recently renovated, clean and has a super friendly staff. Breakfast is extra and the pool is a great bonus, especially for the kiddos. Will return next year!

Very clean and in good condition. Pool is very nice. Good fitness center. Booked because pet friendly. Yet I was charged more upon arrival to cover pet. Expedia booking should be more clear on this point.

Fantastic inside, pool had a strong concentration of chemicals and kids had to shower twice to remove odors, smoking area was littered with cigarette butts and trash all over the ground in that area. Dumpster area had lots of broken glass that Service Animal had to avoid. Surrounding area is not being kept clean by City of Galesburg. Excellent staff and very accommodating.
