"Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind.
Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory.
The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.

"Wir kommen 1 - 2 im Jahr in dieses Hotel und es liegt sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer groß genug für zwei Personen und sie sind sauber.
Auch der neue Trakt ist sehr schön geworden.
Kommen sicher wieder."

"The price is good. Location good for public transport but ground floor rooms have damp issues. Musty smell. I expect upstairs rooms, especially lthose looking away from main street are much better so best try asking for those rooms if you need a lower cost hotel."

"Had a great stay. We booked the penthouse on the top floor. So glad we did. We had the whole floor to ourselves and had two balconies. The apartment was really large and spacious. All the basics supplied eg shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid. There is a washing machine but you’ll have to buy your own. There was a dishwasher too which we didn’t use but there were some tablets for the dishwasher supplied. There are a few local supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and another few minutes further a Lidl. The bus service takes you straight into the city centre and has great transport links. Although a bit out of the city there was no problems getting in. The bus service is regular and only minutes apart "

"Six of us spent nearly three weeks at Villa Giulietta in Budapest. We had a great time! The house was comfortable, spacious, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Tall trees provided welcome shade and the villa has quiet outside or inside places for reflection and resting. Our host, Julia, was amazing! Kind, attentive and helpful. The villa was well-equipped and clean with additional cleaning service provided. Anything we needed (hairdryer, towels, iron, ironing board, many clothes hangers) was there, and if not Julia would provide. Another tremendous feature for us was parking available within the fenced yard because we had a rental vehicle. We could have parked it by the side of the road, but it was much more convenient and secure to park it in the yard. The villa is close to everything one wants to do and see in Budapest, either by car or by public transportation. We enjoyed our stay, loved the villa, and highly recommend it!"

"We spent Just one night here. Nice staff but can benefit from speaking more than Hungarian. Elevator broke down with us stuck in it at 100 degrees. Safe deposit box didn’t work and got unlocked after staff intervention. Free parking!"

"Wasn’t at all what you would expect from a
Hotel at that price: stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, arrived at 10.30pm twice and the parking gate was closed so we had to jump the gate to open the door and be able to access the hotel, just not what you would expect for the prize, never saw anyone. Ran out of toilet paper and had to find a cleaning lady to be handed one… "
