"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely house. It has everything you want/need to have a nice relaxing holiday. We lived most of the time outside and the seating places are very comfortable. The pool is very nice but here one remark, it is a bit difficult to get out of the pool for oldery people!"
