"The room was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning was excellent - warm boiled eggs, juices, cereals, toast and muffins etc. good coffee and tea selection. I am gluten free and the hostess ran to bring cereal, bread and even a toaster reserved for gluten free! The dining room was bright and comfortable and clean. I loved the Scottish theme throughout the hotel. It was delightful! I will go there again! AND it was good value for money! Also an easy walk to the Bridgeport station in the morning for sky train or bus!"

"The room was very clean, well appointed and quiet. Parking was ample and close. The area had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. The included breakfast was basic and decent & fresh. Thank you!"

"The staff was very very courteous and they were very helpful. We could not reach the shuttle bus service at the airport and so we took a taxis. When we arrived at the hotel the desk employee offered to reimburse us for the fair. We we were pleasantly surprised! They happily stored our baggage for a time after we checked out. This was helpful. All staff were very pleasant.The hotel is just steps from a large mall and good restaurants. I would stay there again."

"Professional and helpful staff. Transport to and from the airport. Clean room. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby where you can make yourself a hot drink anytime you like. Good restaurant next door where you receive 10 percent off. Price not too bad and free cancellation up until a few days before your stay. Always handy incase of unexpected change of travel plans. Would recommend. "
