You only need to walk to the check in counter, no need for a bus or shuttle. The stajj was very lind and helpfull we travel with 6 large luggage plus carry ons and we receive supoort all the time. Of I need to stary at Malpensa I will pick the Sheraton again

The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. It was a lovely stay with lots of room. There was great tv access and good appliances in the kitchen. The communication was clear and great and it’s in a great area as everything is walking distance. We had a lovely time and it was a really comfortable apartment.
