Service is geweldig

We waren hier als eerste gasten van het seizoen. Het restaurant was nog niet open, maar er werd speciaal voor ons toch eten gemaakt. Gastvrije en behulpzame mensen die dit park runnen.

Dugun icin gittigimiz gelibolu da1gece konaklamak icin tercih ettigimiz otel tek kelime ile mukemmel guzel yuzlu calisanlar bogaz havasi yesilligi havuzu kahvaltisi konumu sessiz sakin basarili bir yer gonul rahatligi ile kalabilirsiniz.

Freundlicher Personal, ruhige idyllische Lage. İm Sommer Mückeninvasion vorhanden. Fünf Personen über expedia gebucht und bezahlt, Hotel hat aber von expedia für zwei Personen Zahlung erhalten. Saftiger Provision ihv. 20% hat expedia einbehalten.

Pool sah ok aus. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nur eine geblieben.Als wir ankammen und uns das Zimmer gezeigt wurde saß der schock tief. Auch wenn der Preis recht günstig war sollten die Zimmer doch sauber sein. Vorallem war das Bad eine Zumutung. Im Waschbecken waren noch Zahnpastareste von den vorherigen Gästen. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht sind aber nur eine Nacht geblieben. Umsere Erwartungen war nicht hoch aber so unzumutbar sollte es dann doch nicht sein. Es wurde nicht mal gefragt warum wir vorzeitig abreisen. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

The rooms are not well cleaned, the wardrobe in the room was damaged, the shower cabin clogged, the floor is stained with paint, cement, there is moisture! We are deeply disappointed! The hotel does not meet the 5 stars! High price, low quality of service!

İyi bir otel değil

Temizlik kötü, tuvalet-banyo eski/pis ve kokuyordu, kahvaltı vasat, verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını değildi. Bölgede çok fazla otel olmadığı için ayakta kalmış diyebilirim.
