Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Prompt response to maintenance requests and a friendly approach make us stand out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioner in this unit did not work properly, leaving the unit warm and humid. Everyone in my party and I had difficulty sleeping because we were too hot, and condensation kept forming on the kitchen floor, creating a slip hazard. The furniture in the unit was, however, very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The daytime experience is great in this unit but sleeping could be improved by better quality beds. The springs in the king bed felt old, unsupportive and squeaky, and I could feel every move of my partner which kept us awake. Further, there is a sign on the wall limiting the thermostat minimum to 70 degrees (I believe every room has this as our friend’s did, too) but the blankets and sheets in this room are made of polyester and are quite hot. Note some units have W/D but this unit does not.
