Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Prompt response to maintenance requests and a friendly approach make us stand out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Galvestonian many times. I have stayed there for quick getaways by myself and also with family when they are visiting, and we like to get away to relax in the peace and quiet. I like the fact that there are usually not a lot of people around, especially on the beach. The room itself was fine, although it had a strong chemical smell. The grounds are very nice, pool area is great. Big issue with this stay - this was the second time that the room I reserved was near construction or maintenance work being done. There was constant noise from the unit directly above from sanding, hammering, painting and the music of the workers (not to mention them singing along). If we went out on the balcony we could smell the paint fumes and there was even more noise. The management company should not allow units in the vicinity to be rented when they know there is going to be so much noise! We booked online so they didn't exactly choose that room for us but the room shouldn't have been available in the first place. The other time this happened a year or two ago there was ongoing remodeling of essentially the whole side of the building I was on, and therefore lots of noise. We complained about the noise and we thought they'd move us to a different unit, but the asst manager just said workers can do their work 9-5. He said he would tell them to limit the noise, and he would tell the manager. However, later when the noise was worse and we told management, they didn't offer to move us, or offer something off the bill, or any gesture of quality customer service. Pretty much just stared at us. Very disappointed that managers who are in the hospitality business do not know how to handle a complaint like this or make an effort to avoid the issue in the first place. Nothing was said at check out and I felt like they just wanted us to go so they didn't have to be confronted with the problem anymore.
