Our 1913 Coastal Cottage offers a tranquil backyard with a propane grill and Pergola conversation area surrounded by full privacy fencing, gas fire pit and Hibiscus bushes for relaxation after your fun-filled day on the island.

Are you ready to enjoy "Life on a Sandbar"? Then It's time to start your vacation ONE BLOCK from the beach, feeling the ocean breezes and hearing the waves? Our Coastal Beach Cottage was built in 1913 and is the perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation and the soothing sounds of the ocean. Nestled one block from the Beach, our charming retreat offers a perfect balance of rustic coastal style and modern comfort. Picture large windows that invite natural light to flood the space. Inside, you will find décor that reflects the natural surroundings, comfortable furniture, beachy-colored accents, and local art.
The open concept living area features a welcoming space for family gatherings. With a large Dining table for cozy evenings playing board games, working on puzzles, or relaxing on the Sofa and Loveseat to enjoy TV or a movie.
Whether it's unwinding with a good book or listening to the waves roll in and feeling the breeze, the environment is ideal for peace and tranquility.
The Outdoor space in the backyard includes a spacious Conversation area under a Pergola where you can sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of Wine surrounded by Tropical landscaping. We have an Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the Beach.
There is also a large porch at the front of our cottage where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sea breeze or enjoying sunsets with a glass of wine.
Our Coastal Beach Cottage is in the heart of Seawall Blvd and within easy walking distance to the beach (1 short block), which allows you to embrace the coastal lifestyle. More ocean views and thrilling rides await at the Pleasure Pier, which is a short 7/10ths of a mile walk. Restaurants within walking distance include The Spot, The Brick House, Gumbo Diner, Joe's Crab Shack and other Restaurants!
Our Coastal Beach Cottage blends the charm of coastal living with all the comforts of home, creating an inviting atmosphere where time seems to slow down. Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat or a home to create lasting memories by The Gulf of Mexico, our Coastal Beach Cottage embodies the serenity and beauty of coastal Living.
