3 bedrooms with king sized memory foam beds. 2 full bathrooms. All new stylish furnishings.

Sleeps 8 (extra guest must be approved)

Open floor plan so everyone is included in the fun. Living area has queen sized sleeper sofa, additional sofa seating and lounge chairs. Dining has table seating for 6 and bar seating for 3. South facing deck to enjoy the views and listen to the waves.

Full equipped kitchen with Duo-Kuerig, toaster, microwave, full cooking set up, blender, etc.

Outdoor patio downs stairs has plenty of covered concrete to cook and enjoy the evening breeze. Charcoal grill provided and outdoor dining seating. Outdoor wash area to rinse off.

Wifi, TV, plenty of games and toys. Beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards are stored in the garage and ready for use.

We had a wonderful time celebrating on the Island my birthday. I also was celebrating the end of cancer surgery.I’ve never had the privilege to rent in Galveston before and I was very happy and excited.I’m a native Texan.The yellow walls are reminiscent of my home and favorite childhood memories. My friends were just as thrilled!Thank you so much.

Upon checking we found that the lock on the inside of the door was broken, but the host responded right away to try and get it fixed. Love how close this one is to the beach and love the view!

The house was perfect! Great view! Quiet! The property owner was understanding on my circumstances though short on speaking with her. The only drawbacks with the experience is the coffee maker was difficult in working properly and yard stickers which stuck to your pet and flip flops/sandals.

Great little getaway

Thursday through Sunday. Just the perfect amount of time away for a best friend's trip with our teenager kids and a couple of their friends. The house was cute and clean.

Amazing property incredible view!! The sound of the Gulf waves from the porch were amazing. The sunrise and sunsets over the water were stunning. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit the area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was a good size for our family of five with three bedrooms and two full baths. It was a short walk to the beach and was fairly quiet at night. The section of beach doesn’t allow you drive on it, which we appreciated with our kids. The drive into Galveston wasn’t too bad and we enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle. The furniture and decor were nice. Only thing to note for future visitors is that the community pool is not free to use. You’ll have to pay a small fee for use. Communication with the host was very easy and she was very responsive to the two questions we had.

Close to the beach and DOG FRIENDLY!!

Very clean house, and well stocked. Big beds and not a lot of clutter! The dogs loved the beach and managed the stairs very easily. Lots of outside seating for just relaxing. Very nice vacation.

Best anniversary get away

There was a wedding going on at the beach just as we were checking in on our 28th wedding anniversary. How appropriate!!! Our stay was quiet, which is just what we wanted. We sat on the deck with a drink each evening, watching and hearing the waves. This is a very large, comfortable place, steps from the beach

Definitely Off the Hook

We were impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. Well stocked kitchen cabinets, towels and toiletries and everything. We slept well on the comfortable king-size bed. Spacious rooms and we especially enjoyed the picnic table on the ground floor where we ate most the time. Great view of the bay and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. From the picnic table we watched the constant stream of motorcycles coming and going. We definitely will consider staying here again.

Nowhere better than Jamaica Beach

The beach and ocean breeze was amazing and right in front of the property. However, there are two big million dollar houses that block 80% of the view. Deck is covered with popped nails that should be addressed. There are a few bath towels and half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The wi-fi and amenities were adequate but the property is showing age. We would stay here again for the location!

Private beach

I want to start by saying we had an amazing time at this property. It was close to the beach (make sure you have shoes - there are spikey things in the grass) which had almost no one on it! The house also had everything you need to stay for a few days! When we arrived, the house hadn't been cleaned yet. The manager was quick to respond and fixed the problem immediately. The internet went out randomly but again, the manager quickly righted that as well. The house could use some love - you can feel the tilt of the house but overall a lovely space to enjoy a family vacay! The property manager was definitely amazing and made the stay even better! We will definitely come back if the opportunity presents itself.

Mosquito mansion

Check in was easy, nice place overall, however, the swarms of mosquitos was almost unbearable. We were unable to utilize the tables and swing on ground level due to massive amounts of mosquitos swarming us. Grass needs to be shorter and sprayed during mosquitos season. 6 people staying and 6 towels provided. If you don’t want to reuses them over and over during your stay you must bring laundry supplies. Wearing socks inside resulted in the bottoms being covered in left over pet hair as we did not have any pets with us. This place is very close to the beach. It is private and roomy and bed comfort was 5 stars

Satisfied with accommodations, but needs some improvements!

The house was clean & beds were comfortable. Just a couple of areas are in need of a major upgrade. 1) lamps!!! There are only two lamps in the entire house. When you wanted to add light to any of the rooms except the master, your only choice is a glaring overhead bright light!!! I have never been in house like this before. It was just strange to all of us On the subject of glaring lights! The dining room light was so large & super bright, we started calling it the “Interrogation Light”. We only used it when it was absolutely necessary. I suggest you adding lamps & a smaller dining room light. 2) There are 4 tvs & 7 remotes! The remotes were all in a basket & not labeled. It was very frustrating trying to use the tv’s. The tv in the primary bedroom never worked. It would only give a message that you needed to add a Roku account. One more thing, invest in some higher quality skillets. There were awful. The quality was from the Dollar store. Also if you have to inform your guest that it takes 12 hrs for the items that you placed in the refrigerator to cool down, it’s time to invest in a new fridge!! Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay, accommodations were fine. The best part was the proximity to the beach. And not crowded at all! Just need to improve on the things I mentioned above. Especially for the amount of money we spent.
