Come and enjoy our beautifully decorated “Happy Place”, located on the 3rd (Top) floor of the Maravilla condominium complex. BALCONY IS OPEN!!

The Maravilla is conveniently located right on the Seawall across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes from Pocket Park Beaches to the west and equally as close to beaches to the east with umbrellas to rent to catch a little shade.

At My Happy Place, you’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king bedroom with a private bath entry. Extra guests can enjoy the queen sized pull-out couch or either of the two adult sized bunks and a hall entry into the bath.

Beachy themes, soothing grays, whites and blues accentuate the walls and furniture. Sit back on the lounging couch and gaze though the huge picture window to watch a beautiful sunset.

This condo has one of the the BEST views of the ocean and the courtyard! We are also home to the biggest resort pool on the island along with a 5ft deep Wade-in pool and a heated pool on the east side of the complex.
There is also a hot tub located near the resort pool. Ooooo-La-La, it’s time to book those dates so you can swim or lounge by the pool while gazing up at the gorgeous palm trees and blue skies!

Parking accommodations include covered parking for most of our guests. The parking fee is $10+ tax/ night/car. With a 7 night max rate/month
You may come and go as many times as you’d like.

Many recreational activities such as Putt-Putt and Go-Karts, are located close-by and you are just minutes from many great restaurants, as well as the fantastic World Reknown Water park: Schlitterbahn; the wonderful attractions at Moody Gardens, and ever-popular opportunities to salt-water fishing.

My Happy Place is 521 square feet with sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7 depending on age and size of individuals. The private bedroom features a KING bed with bedside tables and lamps on each side, a power cord, lots of pillows, and a comfortable quilt. There is a full-sized dresser, and full-length mirrors on the closet doors to assist you in those details when getting ready for an evening out. There is also a private entry directly to the bathroom which features a vessel sink and shower-tub combo.

Kids or adults will want to snuggle up for a good night’s sleep in the adult-sized bunks which are across the entry hall from the bedroom. The top bunk has a rail to give added protection. There is an attached ladder for access to and from the top bunk.

The den accommodates 2 more guests with a queen-sized sofa bed with an added mattress topper for more comfort. Pillows, linens and a blanket for this bed can be found in the ottoman beside the couch.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, drawers full of kitchen gadgets and eating utensils, or use the crock pot, blenders, charcuterie boards and a nice collection of Rachel Ray pots and pans.

Drink your morning coffee made using Mr. Coffee coffee-maker or the Keurig and enjoy the ocean breeze on our beautiful balcony.

The large windows allow you to take in the gorgeous view while relaxing in the den to watch the pelicans and seagulls fly or to gaze at the colorful hues in the sky as the sun slowly sets each evening.

Your precious pooch will love our condo too, but don't forget to kennel your fur-baby when you leave to explore Galveston or sit by the pool. Pick up your pet policy from the front office when paying for parking and collecting swim wristbands. Only one dog allowed unless both dogs' combined weight is less than 60 lbs. Please confer with me, the owner, about the breed of your dog. The Maravilla now offers a dog-wash located in front of the east pool in the parking lot. There’s also a dog-run/play area in the back of the complex.

Also, make sure you’ve paid the pet fee if you’re bringing a dog. It will be $100 for the entire stay. Owner can allow for exceptions.
