The heart of the home is an airy living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, framed by oversized windows showcasing endless ocean views. Coastal-inspired décor and plush seating invite you to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked and designed for both function and style, with seating that makes gathering easy and enjoyable.

Whether dining indoors or enjoying a meal al fresco, you’ll find space for everyone. The main dining table seats 8, the kitchen island bar offers 4 more, and an additional table seats 8, ensuring effortless entertaining.

On the first level, you’ll find two welcoming retreats designed with both comfort and function in mind. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed paired with a twin-over-twin bunk, while Bedroom 4 features a queen bed alongside two sets of twin-over-twin bunks—perfect for kids or larger groups. These rooms share a conveniently located bathroom with a shower/tub combination, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day in the sun. A half bath and laundry room are also on this level for added convenience.

The second level is reserved for private escapes. The primary suite boasts a king bed and a spacious sectional sofa with a full-size pull-out bed, complete with an en suite bathroom featuring a sleek walk-in shower.
