Spend sunny days at the beach, just a 2-minute drive away, then return for afternoons on one of the four decks, enjoying the canal views. Gone Coastal also features an epic game room for friendly competition, double the culinary fun with two kitchens, and a luxurious penthouse primary suite for ultimate relaxation. Beach Access: 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of the home.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

The main living area boasts a spacious layout with a large sectional sofa perfect for movie nights or game nights. A mounted flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while a separate seating area with armchairs and a high-top table offers additional space to relax or enjoy board games. Glass doors lead out to a sunny deck overlooking the canal, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The bright and modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals. Ample storage and counter space make cooking a breeze, while a peninsula bar with seating allows for casual meals or social gatherings.

French doors open to a versatile bunk room with one twin bunk bed and two twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Two other bedrooms on the main floor offer comfortable king-size beds and calming canal views. The private penthouse suite on the third floor provides a luxurious escape. A sumptuous king-size bed, seating area, and private balcony with panoramic views create a tranquil atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach.

The ground floor offers a separate living space with a twin daybed, perfect for extended families or multi-generational groups. A kitchenette provides basic amenities, while a pass-through window connects to the outdoor barbecue area. The highlight of this floor is the epic game room, featuring arcade games, a pool table, and a dartboard, ensuring endless entertainment for all ages. A bedroom with two twin-over-full bunks and another full bathroom complete this self-contained space.

With four expansive decks and a private dock, the home offers stunning canal views from multiple vantage points. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck or host a relaxing evening barbecue with friends and family. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
