We love coming here for vacation the kids always love it. We love that the rooms have a beach view from the balcony and 2 great pools also it’s so nice to have security on site looking after our vehicles/safety. We stayed in turtle haven and it was decorated so nicely and was fully furnished. The kids loved everything about it! Would highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was no fitted sheet for the pull-out sofa bed. There are no blankets so bring your own. The pool was great. The balcony door didn't work right. The view was good though.

Everything was amazing but the room was sooooo hot. I filed a complaint and they said they put in a work order for someone to come and look at the AC and never heard anything back. It was my 16yo birthday weekend and I spent all that I had saved up for this on the condo. I literally couldn't afford to go anywhere else. I'm just extremely disappointed that we couldn't sleep comfortably without sweating. If it was not for that then this place would be my go to spot.

The unit we stayed in was nice and enough space. It was also clean as well. Akd the bed and furniture was pretty comfortable too. However, the only thing that was terrible was the AC did not work. We had it set to the lowest setting and it was still 80 degrees in our unit.

It was a great place to stay the decor of the room was very pretty and beachy. Balcony was a wonderful place to go out and set and enjoy the beach scene. Will be staying there again. Price was good for what we got.

well we accidently rented a room from a private owner through ryson. the balcony door would not open or shut without great effort. ryson sent a repairman over the second day of our stay he did his best but it needed replaced. so we spent our untire stay with a balcony door that would not close completely. also the air conditioner was very loud and noisy. and did not cool the room very well.there was black mold coming out of the vent. we have stayed at casa del mar many times. the rooms are always great. but this was a far cry from what we were used to . casa del mar cannot help. bc it was a privatley owned room managed by ryson. i would stay there again but be sure it not privatley owned. or managed by ryson.
