What a great spot to stay in Galveston!! It’s decorated so beautifully and close to the Convention Center. The views were stunning as well. We will be back!!

Great property

This was such a clean, comfortable place to stay. So many amenities are included which made it so nice. We really appreciated the washer and dryer during our stay. Its in a great location to everything. The weather wasn't nice when we were there so we didn't get to use the pool area but it looked very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Janice is a very attentive host. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. The welcome gift bag was extremely thoughtful also. Checking in was easy, the views were great and the unit was furnished with everything we needed.

So amazing we stayed an extra night

This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Galveston. We ended up booking an extra night. It was that amazing. The beachfront view, the well stocked and beautifully decorated condo, the property grounds, the pool. Everything was absolutely perfect. And thank you to the host, Janice. Great communication and so very kind!

The Best Spot!

Unit was the cleaniest and one of the nicest that i have rented at The Dawn. Beautiful furnishings. It was a great first beach experience for my Granddaughter. She loved it.The only issue we had was the dryer was so loud, I only ran it at night. Also the sink drain in the bathroom wouldn't close. I wear hard contacts and needed to be sure they wouldn't wash away.

Can’t wait for our next visit!

We just got home, and I already booked our next day in August. Everything was gorgeous, the view was amazing to wake up to. Everything we could have needed was supplied. The only one thing that I wished, but is the most minor thing, we wanted to open the windows in the bedroom at night and we couldn’t. But there’s a beautiful balcony, and I’m definitely not complaining, just maybe making a suggested.

A True Beachfront Gem

Wow is all I can say. This property was true perfection. The condo was extremely comfortable, very well decorated and came with all the extra comforts of home. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The owner spared no expense! We had the most beautiful beachfront view too! This is my new favorite place to stay in Galveston. Thank you again for sharing it with us!

Loved it!

We try to come to Galveston twice in the summer. This place was wonderful. The location is perfect, and there is a great view of the beach front from the balcony and bedroom window. The host is very responsive and responds within minutes. The extra finishing touches this host does for the guests were greatly appreciated and noticed. The little things such as coffee and disposable cups, and things in the bathroom that are often forgotten were all there. This will be our "go-to" place from now on.

Perfect place to stay

We have been coming to Galveston for over 30 years. We always stay at a different place each year. Not anymore. This condo is perfect. Easy check in process. Loved the gated parking area. The view of the beach/ocean is perfect from the balcony & bedroom window. The condo was so clean & new feeling. The two resort style pools are very beautiful. Best of all you are literally right across the street from the beach. No need to drive. Also, the host responded within minutes of any questions we had & even mailed an article of clothing we accidentally forget there.

Perfect, Carefree Getaway

Janice was very responsive and you can tell she took extra time making sure we had what we needed and making it look nice. There were so many cute beach details throughout each room. Between toiletries, kitchen utensils, and even small crabbing nets and flashlights to borrow, this condo was the most well stocked I have ever seen. She even left a folder of maps and brochures to help us find attractions in the area. The view was perfect and the beach was just a short walk across the street. This is the only place I have ever stayed where I felt like the cleaning fee was actually worth it and used appropriately. Typically when I check out of a rental there is a laundry list of things for the guests to do, but Janice said to leave as is for the cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this to others and stay again.

Of all the VRBOs I've stayed in, this has been by far my fav! It is adorable, so clean, and you cannot beat the view. Janice was amazing and attentive when needed and the place was stocked with anything we could have needed. And there is a gas station and a Walmart within walking distance. I LOVED IT and I cannot wait to go back!
