As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, beautifully adorned with upscale furnishings and contemporary decor. On this level you'll find bedroom 1 with a queen bed and single futon with a ensuite bathroom with an enormous walk-in shower and soaking tub, bedroom 2 with a twin over full bunk and a single futon bed, bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combination. Level 1 recap- living area with a TV, small dining area, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7 guests

Level two- The gourmet kitchen features an island in the heart of the home , making it a delight to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the terrace, where you can soak up some or have a cozy evening under the stars. Another living area with a TV. Bedroom 3 with a king size bed and a door leading to the wrap around porch and a sliding door that takes you out to the back of the house. Bathroom 3 with a tub/ shower combination. Bedroom 4 with a single futon, a door leading to the porch and stairs leading to the 3rd level. Level 2 recap-full kitchen, living area with a TV, main dining area, 3 exit doors to the porch, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 guests

Level 3 sleeps 4 with bedroom 5 with a twin over full bunk bed a single futon doors leading to the balcony. Additionally on this level is a sitting area with a lounger and a door leading to the balcony, and bathroom 4 with a walk-in shower.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and workspace as well as the outdoor patio and laundry room.

What to bring:
A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, laundry soap, etc.
B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!

Would not stay again

Location was awesome but that was about it. The roaches almost carried away one of the children. The listing said there was a washer and dryer but there wasn’t. I wouldn’t have chosen this place based on that alone. When I messaged inquiring about it all they said was that the listing didn’t include those amenities. Which isn’t true. Then they edited the listing. Several of the doors didn’t close properly so if you want privacy this isn’t the place. Someone in our party got stuck in the bathroom because the shotty craftsmanship. Thank goodness it wasn’t a small child. This house has potential but you can tell they rushed to get it on the market.
