The Space
Step inside to discover a spacious open-concept floor plan, where tall ceilings and shiplap walls and large windows flood the main living area with natural light. The gourmet kitchen features an oversized island that seats four, high-end appliances, and crisp white finishes that echo the tranquility of the sea. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six and opens to a breezy living room—an ideal space for gathering after a sun-soaked day.

Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms await.

Bedroom 1 (King Suite): A serene retreat with elegant coastal touches, designed for ultimate relaxation.

Bedroom 2 (Queen): Bright and airy, offering comfort and calm with soft beach-inspired tones.

Bedroom 3 (Queen): A soothing escape with coastal accents and plush bedding.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): Perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full setup for flexible sleeping arrangements.

With three and a half bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow effortlessly for everyone in your group.

Outdoor Living
The covered ground floor is made for entertaining—offering plenty of space for lounging, grilling, and enjoying evening breezes. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the beach, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay. The property’s unique positioning allows you to savor views, creating a truly magical experience.

Located in Pointe West, you’ll enjoy access to resort-style amenities including the Beach Club Infinity Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the Gulf and the Sunset Pool and Hot Tub on the bay side. The Sunset Pool contains a Heated lazy river year round and front of main pool seats 15-20. Basketball and pickleball courts add an extra layer of fun for active guests. Local favorites like The Sandbar Grille, Waterman’s Restaurant, and Nate’s West End are just minutes away, offering delicious dining and lively island charm.

Pointe West Amenities are optional - If you would like to enjoy the amenities there is a $25 fee per person per stay.. An email from the Pointe West Beach Club will come prior to your stay for payment for wristbands and access. The maximum number of wristbands allowed are 9 and it's required for all guests over the Age of 4.
