The unit is nicely appointed, and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit including an amazing view! The pools, gym, and game room were clean and very well equipped. Restaurants, groceries, and lots of things to do are not far away.

I researched several reviews of condos within the Diamond Beach complex and am so glad we booked this one. Listing & pictures were exactly as expected and suited our family of 5 well. The pools, lazy river & beach were a hit and indoor pool was warm when the weather was cooler. Thanks for allowing our family to make memories for spring break!

Wonderful Family Time!

Our family of 17 stayed at Diamond Beach Resort (in multiple condos) over Thanksgiving week. The resort was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the hot tubs, private theater, game room, gym, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful place!

From the moment we walked in, we were on vacation and pleased with the condo! Very secure and safe. Condo was nicely furnished and had everything you need including w/d. View was great! Happy Sisters Getaway

Sisters getaway and we had a GREAT time. I’ve stayed in many VRBO units and no doubt this is one of the best. Our condo had super cute decor & was super clean. Very well supplied. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and even beach towels. Kitchen met our every need. Living area was very comfortable. Balcony wasn’t super large (seating for 5) but clean cushioned chairs, rug, pillows. Overlooked gorgeous pool with a fantastic gulf view. The property is safe and well maintained. Nice helpful staff and the amenities are top notch. Our 3rd time at Diamond Beach Resort and definitely won’t be our last. Just can’t brag on this place enough!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. Perfect view. It was warm in the condo and Vacasa provided an extra fan. The condo had nice amenities. There was not a swim up bar and the slide we never saw and was not in use, per other guest. The gameroom was cool as well as the relaxing lazy river. The hot tub was perfect temperature. My husband did fall down a few stairs during our stay and the front desk person seem to careless. Other then that the condo was nice. By the way the outdoor gate to the public is not locked and anyone can walk in.

It was a beautiful facility with lots of very wonderful pools that were all closed because of the hurricane possible roof tile damage. The Lazy River was open, but there were several lights that did not work under water and when we went at night, it was dark in some places. The indoor pool was very nice. The rooms were beautiful. The big drawback was the access to the beach was too difficult to get to if you have any trouble walking like my mom where we rented a beach wheelchair. There was a 3 1/2 foot dirt drop off to get to the beach and we could not take her. They should build a ramp.

The balcony door would not open at all the first night. When we brought it up to staff on site they informed us to call Vacasa. The front staff was very nice and John even came up and tried to get the door open with my husband and could not. When I called Vacasa they said they would send someone out that night.. it turned into the following evening of still no balcony access. The guy finally was able to get it open but said it was very tough and had been there before and still it hadn't been replaced with owners. If it wasn't for my husband there I would not be able to open the door. The diamond beach staff John was very helpful. Everyone at Vacasa always had excuses or said someone would help and they have not. I've reached out multiple times to try to get a partial refund since we were not able to enjoy the balcony that we paid dearly for and still they have yet to respond with an answer. The condo itself was nice besides the problem of the balcony, great view! The owners have it furnished nicely. We did have a leak and j the second bathroom coming from ceiling and was told to just put a bucket under for the condensation. Overall, we enjoyed but really missed out on the balcony and wish we could get some answers.
