"Hotel was acrost the street from beach but not beach not viewable frrom any room. Nice bar annd restaurant next ddoor. Breakfast was a bit lacking but tolerable. All carbs. "

"The staff was terrible. Massive wait when we first arrived to check-in. I’m talking well over an hour wait in a line that wrapped through the lobby. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour past check-in, THEN the rooms we got weren’t even the connecting rooms that we had requested and paid for. Went down to the desk and the woman helping us was SO RUDE. It was so bad that the manager overheard and gave us free dinner (which was a very nice touch) but I will never forget the way that woman treated me. The pool is nice. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. "

"The room was nice but the carpet was all wet, and the kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. Maintenance came and cleaned the floor and was supposed to dry the carpet but instead the turned the heat on and obviously that wasn’t going to dry the floor. The staff didn’t seem to care at all and told us that there was no refund nor another room that we could have moved to. Nice hotel but if your carpet is wet nothing will be done about it. "
