Welcome to Good Vibes, a 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms 1,116 sqft spacious beachfront condo that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people max. ID Verification is required. You will need to send a copy of your ID to the host of this property upon booking.
Check-in time is strictly after 4 PM Check-out time is strictly by 11 AM
This beachfront condo is located at the luxurious The Dawn Condominiums, right across the beach, near grocery stores, just minutes away from restaurants and attractions, and is on the 3rd (top) floor (note: no elevators) with amazing ocean views. This is a gated condominium located right on SeawallBlvd and 69th street. There are 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a fitness room available for our guests in the common areas of the condominium.
Max occupancy: 5 People. No more than 5 people at anytime. Max Occupancy is strict and verified upon check in. Violations will result in reservation being cancelled immediately with no refunds.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED at any time. The owners have severe allergies. Violations of the No-Animal and/or No-Smoking will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation plus a $500 fine for each of these violations.
Condo Layout: Master Bedroom: king bed with ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom: queen bed. Second bathroom is across from the second bedroom. Living room: sofa (to be used as a sofa only, not as a sofabed) and chairs. Note there is queen memory foam folding mattress and folding frame available (inside closet) that can be set up in living room or bedroom. Dining room - dining table comfortably fits 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Spacious balcony with bar chairs and bar tables. A starter-kit of essentials such as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towel, dishsoap is provided. Guests staying multiple nights should consider bringing additional supplies or buying it during their stay as needed. There is a Walmart within walking distance.
Important HOA Rule: $40 parking fee per vehicle is mandatory (up to 2 vehicles) for up to 3 nigh stays. For longer stays, parking is $50 per vehicle. The renter must pay this fee at the lobby upon arrival to obtain parking permit that is good for the entire stay! Note this fee is not per day, it’s for the entire stay! If arriving afterhours, you can get your parking permit the next morning. Only regular vehicles, motorcycle, and regular trucks are allowed. Trailers and RVs are not allowed, per condominium rules.
This condo is on the 3rd floor and there aren’t elevators. However, you just have to climb 2 flights of stairs. Please refer to pictures.
For stays longer than 15 days, Instant Booking is not allowed. The renter needs to send a request to book.

Clean property in a great location, right across from the beach. It is a third story and no elevator so be prepared for that if stairs are an issue. We had a great trip with lots of good food locations on the island
This condo was perfect for our family of four! It had everything we needed. Clean, spacious and a beautiful view! Also a gated community. We felt very safe and friendly staff in the office. A very easy walk across the street to the beach and when you’re done there you can cool off in one of the 2 nice pools!! Rod and Patty were wonderful hosts! Very prompt when responding to any questions and they made some excellent food suggestions!! I would highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in the area I would stay here again!!
Checked in on a Friday and checked out a week later. The place was clean and well-furnished. Nice view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained. No elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs. We will be back.
My family (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. We needed to be close to the Galveston Island Convention center, and this property was perfect, you get beach views while still being close to many businesses/restaurants, etc. My kids loved both pools and the hot tub. Also, the bird net on the balcony made sitting outside to beach watch much more pleasant!The property is nice and clean, with numerous amenities that made our stay comfortable. There was plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, etc. The beds and bed linens were comfortable, and we loved the addition of the hideaway bed vs. a couch bed, as it was much more comfortable according to our kiddos.It does seem to stay a little warm, even though the AC ran the entire time and other tower fans were provided. This isn’t something that we reported though, because it is Galveston in July and on the top floor (hot air rises), and being from SETX ourselves, we understand the heat and humidity! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and would recommend this property to anyone!
We did enjoy our stay at this condo. The location was wonderful and the view was incredible. I have to say that we all felt like the beds were amazing and very comfortable. This is a gated community and it is very well taken care of. You will have to pay to park there which is a little expensive but at least you can trust that your vehicle is safer. The condo could use some updating as it has begun to show some wear from the number of people that have been there. I did share that with the owners and they were very receptive and kind. We would definitely stay there again.
This condo was everything I wanted in a vacation stay! It was clean, the beds were comfy and it was located directly across from the beach as well as close to many restaurants and activities. The check in process was easy and the hosts were very accessible.
The condo was very clean and had plenty of comfortable beds for 5 adults and 1 nine yr old. The location was right on the Galveston Seawall and close to great restaurants and Pleasure Pier. Our hosts were amazing, communicated with us throughout our stay and were very quick and gracious to help with any last minute needs! Will definitely stay again!

We definitely will stay here again. It was clean, accomodated 8 nicely, comfy beds, everything you need for your stay, beach was accross the street, fast response from owners and office personnel was friendly. Cute condo
I was thoroughly impressed with how well the cleaners did. The view was amazing and I very much enjoyed my stay. Although it became a little noisy at times, I couldn’t have stayed at a better place.
As Advertised, Nice Accommodations & Proximity to Beach
Property was very clean upon check-in, nice touches like extra beach towels and bath towels, well-stocked kitchen, and toiletries. Very responsive communication from the hosts throughout, including accommodating early check-in. Nice to have access to two pools for the little ones in addition to beach access across the street. View of beach from balcony was nice but traffic on Seawall Blvd was a little louder than expected, but overall a very pleasant stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

My daughters had a great time enjoying the beach and pools, before the start of a new school year. Condo was nice and in close proximity to all amenities. Owner’s attention to detail was also refreshing.
