I’m pretty sure one of the two rooms that I stayed in had bedbugs. Probably number 206, but it could’ve been number 101. In addition to the fact that I had no television and no Wi-Fi for the first day of my stay. I reported it at 6 PM and was not moved to a room with a working tv until 4 PM the next day.
Walked in to a fly infestation, broken cabinets, lights, and door handle. Told the front desk and they said they would give me the security deposit back but wouldn’t help with anything else. Towels were dirty and the whole hotel smelled like marijuana. There was hair in the shower and the entire room was overall nasty. You get what you pay for but this hotel should be paying you to stay there.
It was disgusting in every way. A girl was pushing a shopping cart full of "stuff" around on the 2nd floor near our room, and offered my male friend a certain something and gave him her room number. Furniture was all along the walkway. I could go on. It was actually scary.

They need to close this place down this is unacceptable smh
There was a quaint little grave yard in the back of the property that is not marked and half flooded. The stove looked like it came out of a meth lab, there was a roach on the sink in the morning to greet me, the bath room didnt have a latch and everything was filthy.
I honestly can't believe this atrocity is still listed on Expedia! This "hotel " is a disgrace. It's filthy, the floor is falling apart. The door looks like it could be broken in by a child. We didn't even stay, we were not eligible to get our money back but where willing to forfeit it and find a decent place to stay. The people in front of us turned in their key and left because there were bed bugs in their room. Overall there should be a place for negative star ratings in Expedia.
They have BED BUGS. They werent shocked at all when i showed them the pictures either. I was told they probably appeared because they sprayed for termites. The sheets were dirty and had blood stains too. The hotel gave me my refund after Hotels.com contacted them. We were able to book a new place and wash all clothes.

First there wasn’t maid service We had to go to the office for everything including toilet paper next the bed was horrible it was hard next it had ROACHES that is totally unacceptable
Room was out dated, towels were stained, floor was gritty, bathroom door was broken, 2 towels and 2 pillows were pretty cheap, and $218 was a bit too much. Wasn’t very nice.
The very second i opened the door to the room and turned the lights on, cockroaches scattered!! We immediate went back to front desk and turned in our key. We didnt stay!! Nees full refund.
I had stayed here previously and I was very happy on how quiet it is here. No one bothers you and you can really enjoy your stay. The property is very clean and not to mention the rooms are spacious and very clean too.

I open the room assigned, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, trash can full of trash, bed dirty, poo in the toilet, AC broken, room full of bugs, trash all over the room.
It was kind of expensive for the quality you get. The condition of the room was mediocre.

Arrived at the hotel after 1 am with 2 rooms prepaid. Manager said under his breath that he didn’t have any clean rooms, then went ahead and checked us in to 2 rooms, both of which had unmade beds and were indeed not clean. Hotels.com is refusing to refund our payment, even though the hotel has approved it. Won’t be using Hotels.com again.
