Literally on beach, unobstructed ocean view

The Pearl Wave is literally on the beach with easy access to beach and panoramic unobstructed ocean view! It is the first house from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood, nothing but beach 270 degrees around our place. The beach access point is only steps away, and the beach access is car free, not a busy car loading/unloading zone. Romantic walks on the beach are right out the door, or run the kids ragged on the beach all day then sit around the great room on the comfortable couch, or relax at the end of a 'beachy' day in your Jacuzzi tub!! Our beach is safer for kids due to no cars allowed on the beach in front of our house all year around!! Large deck on the ground floor and on the main level with plenty of seating and an additional top-floor deck are the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves. House has plenty of windows with unobstructed ocean views.

With ~ 1900 sqft, the house has an open living/dining area, 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 outdoor hot water shower, sleeping 13 comfortably. Both floors have a high ceiling which is a rare find for beach houses and will give you the breezy feel even inside. The whole first floor has hardwood flooring, the second floor master bedroom has luxury vinyl plank flooring (installed Oct 2021), with hardwood staircase connecting the two floors. No carpet in house!

The master suite on the top floor has its own deck boasting the highest ocean views in the neighborhood. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a twin bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jet tub with ocean view.

The downstairs main floor has two spacious bedrooms that are separated by a full bathroom. The living/dining area has an open floor plan with direct ocean views from all nine windows. Kitchen is spacious, with plenty of counter space and a window of direct ocean view. Kitchen connects to the full-size laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The living area opens to a large wood deck with a direct and unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The wood deck is 2/3 covered so that you can enjoy the outdoor breeze and ocean view within the shade for as long as you'd like!

The ground floor has a spacious covered wood deck with a picnic table and an outdoor hot/cold shower shed which also stores beach chairs, toys, canopy, and a Weber 22-inch master-touch charcoal grill for guests to use (bring your own charcoal). The ground floor has easy access to a car-free walking path to the beach; in fact, the beach access is just outside the driveway! The walking path is sandy and does not require you to navigate through grasses. Just come down from the house anytime and you will be right on the beach -- no more hassles of finding beach parking or dragging your beach gears over a long walk!

We provide almost everything you would need to feel like home! All beddings are provided for the beds that you would need -- sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and comforters/quilts -- all beddings are washed between guests. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap, and toilet paper are stocked in the two bathrooms. Four Smart TVs in the house, with Netflix, PrimeVideo, and SlingTV for live streaming of sports and shows. Family-size refrigerator and electric range with convection oven. Two coffee makers, one traditional and one Keurig. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutting boards, non-stick pans of different sizes, baking pans, pyrex baking dishes, cooking utensils, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and napkins.

House has exterior cameras on the ground floor for security monitoring. No cameras inside the house.

The subdivision Spanish Grant is within 7 miles to all major attractions and in Galveston.

Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Renters can purchase trip insurance from HomeAway or Vrbo directly to protect their trip.

House can park up to 4 cars on premises for free. Due to its premiere beachfront location, there is no on-street parking.

Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate the exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply if the number of guests exceed 6.

We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Maximum four (4) pets allowed on premises. The booking platform charges $100 if you indicate pet at booking and that covers one pet only. If you have more than one pets approved by the owners, you will receive separate payment request to collect the pet fee for additional pets. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Early check in or late check out is subject to a fee (exact amount depending on your requested check in and check out time) and it is only possible when the house is not booked the same day.
