● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
● Private pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors
● Parking: There is room for 8 cars in the driveway.
The Outdoor Space- Enjoy the pool and hot tub year round! The outdoor area also has a huge Adirondack chair that’s great for taking family photos, a large palapa that provides shade to the pool deck, double covered deck, fire pits at each end of the pool for a night swim, and a swim ladder attached to the dock, if guests would rather take a dip in the canal. The home features 2 single and 1 double kayak, 2 paddle boards, and numerous pool toys/floats.
Additional ground-level features include an extra full-size refrigerator, a 3-section bar back-style beverage refrigerator, and a hotel-style ice machine in the walk-through garage area. The ground level is also equipped with a kitchen including a dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, stovetop, microwave, cedarwood bars, television, and natural gas outdoor grilling station with side burner and bar tops! Fishing is great from your own dock. Livin’ the Dream is a fisherman`s paradise with boat ties and a fish cleaning station. This is outdoor living at its best!
The Indoor Space- Interior features of Livin’ the Dream include a well-appointed open kitchen with a large island, living, and dining areas all with views of the water. The kitchen area is perfect for food preparation and entertaining simultaneously. The home has two Keurig machines (please bring your own pods) as well as a drip coffee pot (coffee and filters provided). The living area features multiple sofas and ample seats for everyone to enjoy the large TV, and large dining table in this open-concept home. Walk out onto the balcony for another mini dining table, or the 2nd exterior dining table on this massive deck.
The living room also features an authentic table-top arcade game.
Sleeping arrangements
CAPTAIN’S QUARTERS The primary bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of the home and features a king bed (sleeps 2) and an en suite bath with jetted tub, primary also has a television (with cable), and access to a balcony.
THE GETAWAY The 2nd bedroom is a secluded king suite (sleeps 2) on the 3rd floor with a private entrance and private full bath. You absolutely get away from it all in this room.
BLUE CRAB ROOM The 3rd bedroom is located on the primary floor (same level as the kitchen and living area). It also has a king bed (sleeps 2), a bath with shower, and a television (with cable).
GULF ROOM The 4th bedroom is located on the primary floor (same level as the kitchen area) and has a beautiful king-size bed (sleeps 2).
SURF ROOM The 5th bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed plus a set of twin bunks (sleeps 4). Access to Jack and Jill bathroom.
BLUE BEACH The 6th bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2). Located on the 3rd floor. Access to Jack and Jill bathroom.
KID’S BUNK ROOM The 7th bedroom is also on the 3rd floor. There are 2x twin/twin bunks and 2x Queen Beds.

House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Parties and Events are not allowed. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times. - The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. The pool is not heated but hot tub will be available - This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

3rd summer in a row that we’ve stayed at this property and we love it more each year! So many great memories for the kids and the adults. Love that we are able to do this every year and can’t wait for next years week at Livin’ the Dream!
The house was great for our family and friend’s tour of 16 people including toddlers. The House was clean and beautiful had enough bed rooms and each room had beautiful views.Pool was good but only the hot tub was heated the big pool was not heating up.
We stayed at Living The Dream in 2022 and again last week. We had all the kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room. I absolutely love this house! The host was amazing, very good at communicating with us. The fishing was amazing and the pool kept everyone happy. I couldn’t wait until we was able to book it again. If you have a large family and looking for a great vacation house, this is it! I would recommend it to everyone!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing home. The place was perfect for me, my brothers, and our grown children to get together for quality family time with endless fun in the sun and salt. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and extremely functional. There are communal areas where we could all gather comfortably and enough levels and space that it allowed smaller groups to get together and hang out or for someone wanting a little peace and quiet to get away from the larger group. The host was thorough and responsive. We could not have asked for me and are already considering making it an annual or semi-annual tradition. I highly recommend this amazing oasis on the bay!
Great property, going to book again for next year. Here are my suggestion for future groups….. you don’t need to bring ice, bring “strong” kitchen garbage bags, bring containers for leftovers. There are 3 refrigerators. Don’t need a Bluetooth speaker. And last…. Don’t bring a grill the one here is great.
