Luxury Beachfront Home!-Sea Brooke

Sea Brooke is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage tastefully decorated with a coastal flair that sleeps 10 people. The home features a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, three dining spaces (one indoor and two outdoor) and a spacious living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, 42” flat screen TV and a large balcony. There are 3 additional guest rooms, 2 with queen beds, one has a private bath and the other has a bath located in the hallway. The bunk room has 1 set of bunks and a twin and trundle for a total 4 twins. The bathroom for the bunk room is in the hallway.

Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the gulf from both balconies, including sunrises every morning and the sights and sounds of the waves rolling onto the beach.

Pointe West is a resort destination that is at the far west end of Galveston Island near San Luis Pass. It's about 20 miles west of 61st and Sea Wall Blvd. Pointe West is a great place for a getaway. There's something for everyone. There are 2 pools - a large one at the Beach Club and a lazy river pool on the bay side, hot tubs, a recreation room, fitness room, fire pits, and much more.(***Must purchase wristbands from Pointe West- Additional fee***)At Pointe West you will find everything you need for a relaxing fun filled family vacation. 8th Annual Fall Break Beach Trip!

This was our 8th year at Pointe West and our 2nd year at this particular home. We love it! Hope to be able to book again next October!

Good property but needs some updating

We've stayed here twice in the last 4 years, and it's definitely beginning to show it's age. Most issues were related to a lack of general maintenance; the dishwasher didn't work, the garage entry door didn't have hardware and wouldn't stay closed, the bedspreads were dirty, etc. We'd probably stay here again, but it wouldn't be the first choice.

Fantastic Family Trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room. The views from the balconies was fabulous. We loved being a quick walk away from the beach. We definitely will come back

Galveston West Beach

Home is comfortable & great location. Since cars are not allowed in the beach it is very quiet & family friendly. Patrick was very responsive & easy to communicate with.

Great Beach House

We stayed at this property in July 2021 and again this summer (July 2023). It is well kept, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The sea winds flow nicely to the two balconies that look derectly to the beach. It has everything you are looking for and is a perfect beach getaway.

Relaxing beach getaway

We really enjoyed this house! Plenty of room for a family of 6 and our dog. Great beach front view and short walk to the boardwalk. Relaxing on the balconies was one of our favorite things to do. Pointe West is always fun!

Great stay for a beach vacay

We had a great time at Sea Brooke! The house was perfect for a relaxing time with our family of 6. Linens and towels were in great shape, and the kitchen provided all necessary pots and pans, appliances, and gadgets to make great meals. The porches were so relaxing and the provided wonderful views and sounds of the ocean. The proximity to the beach club (pool, etc in close driving distance - extra charge, but worth it) was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was excellent, but more importantly the owner was outstanding at responding. The power had gone out due to weather (lightening) when we arrived. The power was restored by the power company that evening. However, when the power came back on it knocked out the A/C blower so there was no A/C. The neighbors were without a/c as well because the same thing happened to them. These unfortunate circumstances were caused by the weather. The owner was outstanding the whole way through, and I had constant communication with him. He did refund all of our money. It was unfortunate circumstances, but the owner did everything possible to solve the problems. We would stay here again.

Wonderfully located gem

Great location, beautifully decorated and well maintained 4 bedroom home in the Pointe West community. No negatives at all, the house was clean, the views were great kitchen was well appointed. Will try to stay there next time.

Our third summer!

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints. We love coming to this house as a family! Plenty of room for the 8 of us and the dog! The house was clean and has everything you need. We love the patio and eating dinner outside every night together. It is a super easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed going to both pools! Can’t wait to come back!

Great spot!

Really great spot for a nice family beach vacation. Great space in the comfortable bedrooms and baths. Awesome back patios. Has everything you need in the kitchen. A few minute walk to the beach which was never overly crowded. Nice backyard space too for kiddos to play. Busy neighborhood but not annoyingly so. Overall great experience!

Wonderful Memorial Day family reunion place

Perfect for 3 families, 2 kids. Close enough to beach and great porches to sit out on. Everything we needed. Always a great breeze until the humidity and smoke kicked in the day we left. Don’t waste money on resort pools - way too crowded. Definitely will come back.

Great Breach Front Property

We have stayed at Pointe West for 13 years. There are many nice properties, and I would highly recommend Sea Brooke among the top rentals in the development. The property is very nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, and the owner was very nice. Thumbs Up.

Great house, fun area

This is a very nice beach house. The access to the beach is a walk to a bridge about 5 houses down. For a small additional fee, you can get access to a couple of different pools throughout the neighborhood, as well. (As well as a workout room.) House was very well-stocked with everything we needed.

Long Weekend at the Beach

The location of this house and the views from the balconies/porches were fabulous! The furnishings were comfortable, and our family of five had just enough room. It was easy to check in and out. My only negative comment is that the house has undergone (understandably for a family beach house) considerable wear and tear which was not evident in the photos on the VRBO website. Additionally, although the sheets were clean and plenty of towels were provided, a deeper cleaning between guests would be appreciated. All in all though, we had a great time.

Beachfront beauty

• Unobstructed beachfront view - perfect. • comfortable and clean - check • easy access to the beach - check • plenty of space - check • nicely furnished- check • pet friendly (hard to find) - check Our family group of 9 (Mom and dad (x2), grandmother and 4 teens and one Labrador Retriever) had plenty of room and were very comfortable here. The house is well maintained and well supplied. The beach is close and the views are perfect - I could have fallen asleep on the deck just listening to the sound of the waves. The boardwalk to the beach is about three houses down. Highly recommend.

Great Long Weekend

Had a very nice stay in Sea Brooke the first week in June. The property was in very good shape and the ocean view from the back was serene and special. The walk to the beach was all of five minutes. The beach itself was nicer than we expected (it was our first time in Galveston), with hardly any seaweed on shore or in the gulf. And the really nice part is that this stretch of beach was lightly populated, no crowds and we could settle in wherever we wanted to. The only negative was the jellyfish nuisance. It didn't stop us from going in the water but some of the family did get stung (but still went back in the water later). Not much you can do about that, we understand the jellyfish typically show up in late summer/Sept, so this appeared unusual. Patrick was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed. The storage closet outside needs to be organized a bit and probably some things could be tossed. All in all we had an excellent four night stay and will likely head back next year.

A family reunion

What a great house! We were in Galveston for a family reunion. Of the six houses that family stayed in, ours was by far my favorite. It was very comfortable and well stocked. We hated to leave and will stay again for sure!

July 9-16, 2022 Beach, Pool, Lazy River Fun

House is great, front row beach. Pointe West Resort Property is LARGE! To get from the house to the club pool & hot tub and also get to the other pool, hot tub & lazy river, I saw a review that suggested golf cart rental. We did that w K6 Island Sports & oh my! It was SO much fun. There are cart paths everywhere. The 9 and 5 year old grandkids loved it. Only downside, it rained a few days before we got there and when (as well as where) the wind was wasn't blowing, mosquitos were a problem. So glad I took OFF spray powder with us.
